Crookston  Blue  Line  Club  – Executive Director     The  Executive Director  will be  responsible  for  the  professional leadership  and management  of  the   Crookston  Blue  Line  Club,  working with the Board  of  Directors  and volunteers in  the  pursuit  of  the  BLC’s Mission and attainment  of  its  goals. Essential duties  &  responsibilities include representing  the  Blue  Line Club  in  a professional  manner  and being responsible  for  public accountability  of the  organization; develop, manage,  and implement   fundraising  efforts;  direct financial operations for  the  organization; plan and  participate  in  current organization programs  and  fundraisers; recommend modifications  to  current board practices  and   provide  input  on proposed  changes;  promote  public understanding  and  support  of  the  club and   programs.    Scheduling  of practices, games  and  home  and  away tournaments. Applicants  should have  a degree  or related  experience  in business,  public relations, marketing,   management,  sales, leadership, resource development, and/or communications. An  understanding  of   hockey,  youth associations,  and non-­‐profit knowledge  and  experience  is  a plus. This  is  a  full-­‐time non benefited position.    Salary  range  is $32,000  to $37,000  plus bonuses.
